Hafizullah Irfan
Founder & CEO
Hafizullah Irfan is a seasoned IT consultant with over 30 years of experience working with multinational corporations like GSK, Unilever, Shell, and Oracle across Pakistan, Singapore, and Malaysia. In 2015, he founded OLIVESTOUCH TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur, now the largest local Oracle Applications partner, leading digital transformation projects for major organizations such as DBKL, MCMC, and Perodua.
In recent years, Hafizullah has shifted focus towards sustainability and environmental issues. He has extensively researched and completed certifications from global institutions, becoming a Certified Sustainability (ESG) Practitioner. In 2022, he established SOFTECH360 SDN BHD, a consulting firm specializing in ESG Reporting and Sustainable Practices. SOFTECH360 is actively engaged with universities, business associations, and government agencies in Malaysia to promote sustainability and ESG awareness.
Saif Haider Rizvi

Saif Haider Rizvi is a seasoned CEO/CSO with over 21 years of experience in the IT industry. He leads strategic initiatives that drive business growth, specializing in generating sales pipelines, expanding market reach, and exploring new geographies. Dedicated to continuous improvement, Saif utilizes his strong analytical skills to identify new business opportunities and conduct comprehensive market analyses.
With significant expertise in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) consulting, he helps organizations integrate sustainable practices into their operations, ensuring compliance and positive contributions to society and the environment. In addition to his work in ESG, Saif spearheads AI-driven product development, focusing on enhancing efficiency and improving customer experiences.
Known for his leadership, communication, and project management skills, Saif excels at growing revenue streams and expanding market presence. He holds an E-MBA in International Business and Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a dual major in Electrical and Electronics. His expertise in ESG and active interest in Generative AI further underscore his forward-thinking approach to business.
Dr. Ifrah Bukhari
Business Manager/Analyst
Dr. Ifrah Bukhari is a Certified Business Analyst, ESG Analyst, and RPA Implementation Manager with over 12 years of experience across Asia. With a strong background in Management and Administrative Sciences, she has extensive knowledge in Project Management, Digital Transformation, UiPath Products & Licensing, and best practices in RPA and ESG. Dr. Ifrah has worked on various projects in Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Marketing departments, helping organizations advance their automation journeys and embrace sustainable business practices.
As a published author of multiple research articles and blogs, Dr. Ifrah excels in bridging IT and sustainability to provide comprehensive solutions that drive long-term value. Her expertise in automation and sustainability initiatives enables her to support businesses in their efforts to achieve both operational efficiency and environmental responsibility, contributing to a more sustainable future.
Aniket Lokhande

Aniket Lokhande is an accomplished Chief Technology Officer with extensive expertise in Oracle products, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies, Artificial Intelligence, and Microsoft Services. With over 16 years of experience, He has spearheaded digital transformation projects leveraging Oracle Fusion and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth.
As a visionary leader in the integration of AI technologies, Aniket Lokhande has implemented data-driven solutions that elevate customer experiences and optimize decision-making processes. With a strong commitment to ESG, he aligns technology strategies with sustainability goals, ensuring responsible and impactful digital innovation.
Additionally, Aniket brings valuable experience in Microsoft Services, utilizing a suite of tools to empower organizations with cloud-based solutions and foster collaboration at scale.

Dr. Nurmazilah Dato’ Mahzan
In MIA she led and implemented the transformation of risk management system, governance enhancement technology adoption and branding. She also spearheaded strategic, operational, and financial plan to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. In addition, she was also involved in auditing and accounting regulatory function including financial statement review, audit quality and professional ethics. She has engaged with stakeholders of different sectors locally and globally including ministries, government agencies, companies, media, universities, business leaders and individuals.
She also delivered keynote addresses and speeches locally and globally. Her recent work revolves around Integrated Reporting, ESG and the future of Corporate Reporting.
Dr Nurmazilah is a Certified HRDF Trainer, Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor and holds the Certified Risk Management and Assurance qualification. She also holds a PhD in accounting from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. She recently completed a course on climate change and Net Zero from the University of Cambridge. Dr Nurmazilah is a member of MIA, MICPA, CIMA, IIA Malaysia as well as an ASEAN CPA.

Dr. Muhammad Ali
Dr. Ali has held various academic positions, including Associate Professor of Finance at Ziauddin University, the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), and Iqra University. In these roles, he has made significant contributions to the development and delivery of finance-related courses, mentoring students, and conducting research in the field of finance.
Dr. Ali has a strong background in the banking sector, having worked with reputable institutions such as MCB Bank Ltd. and BankIslamic Pakistan Ltd. His experience in the banking industry has provided him with valuable insights into the practical aspects of finance, which he effectively incorporates into his teaching and research.
Dr. Ali holds a Ph.D. degree in Finance from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). This academic achievement reflects his dedication to advancing knowledge in the field of finance and his commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends.

Lalua’s journey began in academia, where she served as a Lecturer in Finance at the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU).Her expertise extends across diverse domains, including Fintech, Risk Management, Robo-Advisor, International Banking and Investment, and Euro-Asia Financial Management. As a seasoned educator, she has shaped the minds of countless students, instilling in them a deep understanding of financial principles.
Beyond the classroom, Lalua’s commitment to sustainable finance is unwavering. She co-founded the LARSFY Social Finance Network, a platform dedicated to advancing financial literacy and promoting sustainable practices. Through initiatives like Literacy in Finance and Ecosystem (LiFE), Sustainable Finance and Investment Alliances (SFIA), and Halal Economics Research Studies (HERS), Lalua has fostered a community that advocates for positive change.
